The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for securing new business, developing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients and event planners. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in catering sales, hotel/resort event sales, conference services, or wedding sales
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building client portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event planning software
- Knowledge of food & beverage trends, menu development, and banquet operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed for events
