Job Description
Manage all F&B/restaurant personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Ensure effective labor management, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain inside sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue. Oversee reservation management, banquet events, and in-room dining program. Ensure compliance with all F&B operational procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional restaurant leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage a strong beverage program
- Experience in banquet/event execution
- Multi-outlet experience a plus
- In-room dining experience a plus
