Job Description
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to guests, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort. You will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in, and handling their requests during their stay. You will also investigate guest complaints and provide assistance to resolve issues. In addition, you may be required to perform additional functions such as escorting guests to rooms, providing safety deposit boxes, and operating fax machines and copiers.
Requirements
- Flexibility in availability, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid TX driver's license with a clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
