As the Housekeeping Manager, you hold a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment and selection processes, as well as providing comprehensive training to housekeeping associates to maintain exemplary cleanliness and service standards.
Requirements
- Oversee daily staff activities to ensure compliance with KRC’s quality assurance standards
- Manage housekeeping department inventory
- Develop and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively with housekeeping staff
- Assist with recruitment and staffing for the housekeeping department
- Maintain flexibility to work varied schedules
- Lead departmental meetings and training sessions
- Train incoming new hires and ongoing training of subordinate employees
- Monitor housekeeping performance and escalate employee relations and performance issues
- Act as a liaison between properties and laundry service company
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies
