Job Description
The Lead Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of the HVAC & plumbing within the facility, with a focus on leading complex MEP systems and performing at a high standard. The role demands a top-tier professional who can design, optimize, and maintain building systems with reliability, innovation, and execution.
Requirements
- Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment
- Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary
- Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment
- Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs
- Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces
