Lead Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC

Lead Mechanic responsible for maintaining HVAC & plumbing within the Kingston Resorts facility. Seeking a top-tier professional to lead complex MEP systems with unmatched reliability and execution.

Requirements

• Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
• Monitor public space temperatures and make adjustments when necessary.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment.
• Maintain record of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Visual inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, and basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to move and climb on uneven surfaces.
