Lead HVAC Plumbing Technician - Part Time

We are seeking an elite-level Senior HVAC Engineer to lead complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with unmatched reliability, innovation, and execution.

Requirements

• Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
• Monitoring of public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.
• Scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment.
• Maintenance of appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces.
• Using plumbing and HVAC skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.
