Drilling Supervisor, Lead

Directs onsite D&C operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements. Actively prioritizes HSE performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Drilling & Completions operations
• 5 years of HTHP experience
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal, and writing skills in English
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
