Drilling Supervisor, Shift

Manage day/shift drilling activities, ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards. Assist and provide advice to Lead Drilling Supervisor and/or D&C Superintendent. Active in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Drilling & Completions operations
• Minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience
• Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
