Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

Requirements

• Account management: Independently manage defined key accounts in the operational daily business and in strategic further development.
• Account development & growth: Develop existing key accounts further, identify growth potential, and build sustainable customer relationships.
• Offer & contract management: Create offers, conduct contract negotiations, and accompany rollouts and customer projects until completion.
• Project management: Manage customer projects, coordinate internal participants, and ensure a structured implementation.
• Interface function & reporting: Serve as an interface between customers and internal departments and create reports and analyses.
