Requirements
- Strategic support and expansion of selected key accounts on a national and international level
- Development of growth strategies, pricing concepts and market analyses
- Leadership and further development of a small sales team
- Preparation and implementation of annual, price, and contract negotiations
- Close coordination with production, development, QA, and logistics
- Identification of new markets, trends, and business opportunities
- Professional stakeholder management between customers and internal departments
- Results-oriented steering through KPIs, forecasting, and reporting to the management board
