Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in payments, fintech, or gaming technology.
- Proven track record of closing complex multiāparty commercial deals.
- Experience working with gaming venues, regulators, payment providers, or gaming system vendors.
- Understanding of AU regulatory and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC, PCI DSS, OAIC privacy, state gaming rules).
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting systems.
