Team Lead HR Services (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person as Team Lead HR Services to strengthen our HR department and ensure excellent HR services throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional background in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in HR services / HR operations.
• First or several years of leadership experience in a matrix organization, preferably in an international environment.
• Very good knowledge of labor and social insurance law.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
