Job Description
We are looking for an HR Team Leader to lead our four-person HR team and be the central contact person for our executives in HR matters. The successful candidate will report directly to the extended management and ensure that our HR processes function reliably throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.
Requirements
- Completed degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or comparable
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior HR Manager, HRBP or HR Generalist
- Ideal first leadership experience or functional lead role
