Epic AI is developing ChatCaptain, an AI-powered chat and voicebot platform, and is looking for a SaaS Consultant to support customers and drive platform optimization.
Requirements
- Communications talent with experience in dealing with customers, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Experience with tools for process modeling
- IT background with experience in dealing with APIs and interfaces
- Quick understanding and ability to solve complex problems
