Join our team at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a fastest-growing firm in the insurance industry, as a Claims Advocate. The role requires 3-5+ years claims experience and knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, and related lines of business.
Requirements
- Acts as a liaison between the organization, insurance provider, and client regarding claim status and eligibility
- Receives and processes information for first report of claim from the client
- Maintains proper claim file documentation and monitors outstanding claims
