Claims Advocate

Join EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as a Claims Advocate and help provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met. The role involves claims processing, evaluation, and resolution, as well as building robust relationships with clients and developing long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Claims experience with a carrier, TPA, or broker preferred
• Knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, property, crime, inland marine, group automobile, fiduciary and related lines of business
• College degree in Insurance or related field preferred
• P&C producer license preferred but not required
