Treloar & Heisel – A Division of EPIC Brokers is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. The role provides frontline support to clients by processing policy documents, managing communication, and maintaining accurate records within the client management system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
• Preferred: P&C License, experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support
