EPIC STAFFING GROUP is a dynamic force of innovation and collaboration. They are looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for screening job applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills.

Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
• Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization
• Ability to make quality decisions and meet the timeliness of those decisions
