Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience
- 5+ years in-house focused on executive hiring at high-growth startups
- Strong track record of hiring executives and leaders across Technical and Business teams
- Deep network of executives
- Ability to navigate and recruit top talent with ease
- Comfortable with ownership and moving uncomfortably fast
- Ability to work with executives of any level
- Knowledge of markets, data, and influencing decisions amongst leaders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to provide an incredible candidate experience
