Job Description
Epic Staffing Group is hiring a Financial Operations Specialist to manage procurement of goods and services, ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, and work closely with procurement and finance teams to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Manage procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best terms and prices for goods and services
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchase orders and contracts
- Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
