IT Procurement & Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a mid-level IT Procurement & Finance Operations Specialist to partner in managing our IT procurement operations and supporting related IT Finance activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, or a related role with demonstrated responsibility across end-to-end processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including expense coding, allocations, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing procurement activities, including vendor communication, contract coordination, purchase order creation, and invoice validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools used for financial tracking and reporting.
