The Vice President of Customer Success will drive strategic client leadership and growth, establishing, leading, and growing relationships with top biopharma/healthcare clients, and building and scaling the Customer Success function and team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
• Significant experience in biopharma, life sciences services, or healthcare consulting
• Executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships
• Experience scaling teams and processes in a growing organization
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth
