Low Voltage Technician

We are looking for a Low Voltage Technician to trouble-shoot low voltage systems, perform electrical and electronics duties, and work with Engineering and Vendors on new wiring requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a low-voltage electrician role and training in reading electrical schematics.

Requirements

• Trouble-shoot low voltage systems utilizing wiring schematics, computer software, and diagnostic equipment.
• Trouble-shoot electrical to electronic interfaces
• Running conduit, pull wire, and make electrical connections in a professional manner using wiring diagrams and/or electrical schematics
• Assembly duties as required
• Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor
• Follow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines
• Work with Engineering and Vendors on new wiring requirements for Prototype units and systems
• Work independently on wiring and programming engines and power pack systems
• ECM programming
• Be able to work with Programmable Motion Control cards (PCM cards)
• Perform other duties as required or directed
