Job Description
ECS seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as a Director of Clinical Services. This position will provide insightful and innovative leadership to the Supportive Housing Services department.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, with LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD licensure
- Two years post-licensure, and ability to provide clinical supervision to the Behavioral Health Clinicians on the team
- At least five years of leadership experience in behavioral health and/or social services
- Experience in service delivery to people experiencing homelessness and very low-income families and individuals
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude to deliver culturally relevant services and lead effectively within a multicultural and lived-experience environment
