Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Senior Legal Counsel position to accompany national and international M&A projects, conduct Due Diligence examinations, and design company purchase agreements. Requires 1. and 2. State Examination, several years of professional experience in company law or international law firms, and in-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and M&A.

Requirements

• 1. and 2. State Examination
• Ph.D. and/or L.L.M. desirable
• Several years of professional experience in company law or international law firms
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and M&A
• Good understanding of economic connections
• Negotiating secure legal German and English knowledge in word and writing
