Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Inhouse Counsel to manage our legal department, with a focus on transportation and economic law. The successful candidate will have experience in contract law, compliance, and AI-driven development of the legal department.
Requirements
- Jurist with completed 2nd state exam
- Several years of relevant work experience in economic law
- Strong economic understanding and ability to integrate legal risks into a business-oriented framework
- Experience in contract law and design of general terms and conditions
- Negotiation of commercial contracts
- Interest or initial experience in compliance
- Sovereign handling of KI tools and motivation to integrate AI into legal working processes
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
