We are looking for a Teamlead Product Support / Manager Technical Support to lead and develop our global Product Support Teams, further develop bioprocess service products, and provide technical service and application support for all bioprocess products.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a natural-scientific-technical degree
- Professional experience in a leadership role in service in the bioprocess industry
- Advanced knowledge of workflows and applications in biotechnological research and development
- Experience with and understanding of business processes
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent and concise verbal and written communication in English
- In-depth knowledge of the bioprocess industry and the market
- Successful leadership personality and ability to develop and implement business opportunities and new approaches in a change process
