The Bioprocess Field Service Engineer will provide comprehensive service support for Bioprocess products across the region, develop strategies to boost visibility and sales of bioprocess service products, and provide expert advice on technical issues related to bioreactor equipment and automation.
Requirements
- Service Support: Deliver comprehensive service support for Bioprocess products
- Strategy Development: Develop strategies to boost visibility and sales of bioprocess service products
- Training: Conduct regular basic training sessions for customers and dealer/distributor engineers
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technical issues related to bioreactor equipment and automation
- Liaison: Maintain coordination with US and EU headquarters
- Communication: Oversee interactions with regional service managers, heads, and dealers
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales team
- Installations and Repairs: Conduct installations, trainings, PMs, and repairs
- Complaint Management: Document and manage all complaints
- Tool Calibration: Ensure calibration tools and service tools are sent for calibration
