Creative Project Coordinator

ePromos is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to connect the dots between creative, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This role involves trafficking creative tickets, managing the proof review process, supporting DAM, and providing basic design support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys the operational side of creative work.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination, creative operations, or marketing support role
• Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a genuine customer service mindset
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Experience with or interest in DAM platforms, proofing tools like PageProof, or similar creative workflow software
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment alongside a collaborative team
