The Creative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of creative and marketing projects across the OU. This role helps ensure projects are well-organized, clearly structured, and prepared for efficient execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
Requirements
- BA/BS required or comparable experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a creative, marketing, or related environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow through on assignments
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign) for basic asset creation and editing
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
