Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead for Maintenance of Power Equipment to join our team in Vilnius. The position involves leading the Power Equipment Maintenance Department and overseeing the organization and implementation of high-voltage direct current connection and synchronous compensators' operation.
Requirements
- high-voltage electrical engineering education
- experience in managing a team of engineers
- experience in organizing the operation of electrical power infrastructure objects
- good computer skills (MS Office)
- English language proficiency level B2 or higher
- B-category driving license
- accountability, result-oriented, good communication skills
