We are seeking a Director of System Equipment Maintenance Department to join our team in Klaipėda, Lithuania. As a leader, you will be responsible for organizing high-voltage direct current (HVDC) NordBalt connection and exploiting synchronous compensators. Requirements

• Higher electrical engineering education
• Leadership experience in an engineering profile team
• Work experience in organizing electricity energy sector equipment operation
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Not lower than B2 English language level (written and spoken technical language)
• Driver's license (B category)
• Responsibility, result-oriented, good communication skills
• Ability to independently plan and organize departmental activities
