Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner

Epworth HealthCare is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to support its Eastern and Camberwell sites in the operational delivery of health and safety initiatives. The role will contribute to the development of a positive safety culture, ensure legal and internal compliance, and provide expert advice to hospital teams.

Requirements

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify risks and assist leaders in developing effective risk management strategies.
• Support the operation and effectiveness of the Eastern and Camberwell Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents, hazards, near misses, and injuries in line with organisational procedures.
