Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead complex water and wastewater treatment projects in the Omaha region. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own field execution and guide large teams to deliver essential infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction
- 3–8+ years leading as a Superintendent or senior field leader
- Proven track record delivering large-scale ($20M+) infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise across civil, structural, process mechanical, and electrical/I&C systems
- Deep understanding of municipal and regulatory environments
- Experience with scheduling tools and construction management systems
- A leadership style that prioritizes safety, accountability, and team performance
