Job Description
EQT is hiring a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage strategic learning initiatives that strengthen leadership, professional capability, and organizational performance across EQT. The role combines instructional design expertise with a strategic understanding of talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on leadership or professional development.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Skilled facilitator with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools.
