Bid Manager to own and coordinate the end-to-end bid and RFP process for complex and high-value commercial opportunities across the business, working closely with Sales, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a Bid Manager, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
- Proven experience managing complex, bespoke bids or RFPs in a B2B or B2B2B environment
- Strong understanding of commercial structures, pricing considerations, and risk governance
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and control functions
- Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Confident communicator, able to apply judgement, challenge constructively, and drive alignment
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other regulated industries preferred
