Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic or ad tech sales, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience selling into holding companies, agency trading desks, and complex agency structures.
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying models, in-house brand strategies, and the broader agency ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Highly consultative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and tailor strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and expand high-value enterprise accounts.
