Chief of Staff - Technology

Chief of Staff - Technology role responsible for bridging the gap between long-term vision and high-velocity execution, orchestrating a global engineering organization, and ensuring technical roadmap is synchronized with enterprise growth targets and the evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Technology, including 10+ years in Leadership, Strategy, or a Chief of Staff capacity within a large-scale (1000+ person) global matrixed organization.
• M&A Track Record: Proven experience leading technical due diligence and successful large-scale platform integrations following an acquisition.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing massive OpEx/CapEx budgets (~$300M) and headcount in a high-growth, high-EBITDA environment.
• Technical Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud-native platforms, Engineering mindset, and the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
