Job Description
Fixed term contract to provide end-to-end support and guidance for client onboarding and general consultancy to Equifax on the inner workings of its products. Responsible for customer engagement, technical and business support, and process enhancement.
Requirements
- Professional assertiveness and a sense of ownership
- 2nd Level technical support across multiple hardware and software platforms
- Ability to work with non-technical teams
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, REST Services
- Experience with established API platforms (Apigee an advantage)
- High skills competence in Word, Excel, and Visio
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
