Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating agile teams, fostering a high-performing environment, and ensuring the Scrum framework is understood and enacted. You will empower teams to own their process, identify and remove impediments, and track progress using data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of measurable experience working directly in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proven experience running 1-2 Scrum teams concurrently
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
