Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for running 1-2 Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the Scrum framework is understood and enacted.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working directly in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proven experience running 1-2 Scrum teams (7-9 members each) concurrently
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
- Solid, applied understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to accurately track, report, and facilitate the resolution of specific issues, risks, and cross-team dependencies
