Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a District Sales Manager to build the future of construction in the Northeast. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of rental industry experience and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential
- Build a team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing sales representatives
- Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand their territory and business trends
- Monitor sales metrics, including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction
- Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the sales team members
