General Manager (Tooling Solutions)

EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager at its Tooling rental facility in Chicago, IL, to lead the team and drive the financial success of the branch. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
• Industrial tooling experience / knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
