The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years rental industry experience and strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for building an awesome team, managing operations, and communicating with management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience
• Industrial tooling experience / knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
