General Manager (Tooling Solutions)

EquipmentShare is hiring a General Manager at its Tooling rental facility in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for building an awesome team, managing operations, and driving financial success. The role requires a minimum of 5 years rental industry experience and industrial tooling experience/knowledge is highly preferred.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
• Industrial tooling experience / knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
