Heavy Equipment Mobile Mechanic

We're hiring a Heavy Equipment Mobile Mechanic at our rental facility in Catlett, VA. As a Field Technician, you'll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster. You'll maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.

Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
• High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
