EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to build the future of construction. The role involves maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment. The position requires advanced mechanical aptitude, extensive knowledge of construction equipment, and superior customer service skills.
Requirements
- Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
- Use technology comfortably
- Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Assist in the training of lower level technicians
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
