Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to work on the newest fleet of heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. The role requires advanced mechanical aptitude, knowledge of construction equipment, and excellent customer service skills. The technician will use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues quickly. Requirements

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
• Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
