EquipmentShare is searching for a Corporate HRBP to support its corporate office in Columbia, MO, and drive the development of a bespoke HR organization that meets the business needs while remaining agile and scalable. The role involves collaborating with corporate leaders, building trust with stakeholders, and driving a people-first strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/leadership experience
• 5+ years in a similar HR environment
• Experience influencing stakeholders, leading cross-functionally, and creating/enabling Diversity and Inclusion strategies
